WARNING: RANT
I grow weary of the immature people who like to abolish people's works with unnecessary down voting. My latest work for example. Everyone had voted a "5" on it. I refreshed the page and there was one more vote which made the score fall significantly. I wouldn't have minded if it fell a bit, but I know for a fact that this person gave it the lowest possible score. My music does not deserve that. Quite frankly, I don't think much music on Newgrounds does. I would like to believe that the majority of the composers on this site make reasonably fair music and do not deserve that low of a score. If you're going to down vote mine or others works, then tell us why. If it's just because you want your work to be at the top or whatever, that method is not going to work. If you want people to notice your work, then leave them reviews, comment on their posts, send them messages and such. You're not going to get any attention by down voting others. People work hard to get their work noticed and it is immature bastards like zero bombers and down voters who bash our work for no particularly good reason that make it hard for a composer such as myself to BE NOTICED. I honestly wish the musical community could actually pull together and help each other out. Don't get me wrong, there are many good people out there with the mindset of helping others out and things like that. There are just way too many annoying people out there with the ambition of trolling, zero bombing, etc. *Sigh* Me and my wishful thinking...
