Wonderful!

This is such a great piece of music. It is quite simple, yet so beautiful. I could not spot any notes out of place. They all blend together very nicely. I love the instruments you used. The harp and flute go very well together. Definitely adding to favorites and downloaded. :) I look forward to your future work! Keep it up, you are so very talented! :D

Wow!

This piece is truly amazing! The piano is really upbeat and the strings go with it quite well. The song is very long, but you don't grow bored of it. I love the variation of the instruments you used. Very well done, I am impressed. :) Looking forward to your future work! :D

[Morrowind [Ocarina]]

You Play Beautifully

Forgive me for writing a lower review, but I do not see how this song made top five of the week. This song is indeed beautiful and the ocarina is one of my favorite instruments, but what did you do with this song besides change the instrument from strings to an ocarina and add a little trill to the notes? Quite frankly, I am not impressed. I may have given you a better score if you had added more instruments and mixed it up a bit, but you basically did nothing with this song besides play it. Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but this is just my honest opinion... You do however play quite well, so I'll give you a "7."

No I completely agree, even 7 is a generous score. I don't know how this managed to get into the top five, it's extremely simple and if anything just a bit of fun. I'm incapable of playing any other instrument and I did practically nothing to this tune, like seriously wtf? This is rigged haha. There's so much wonderful and talented music out there and it saddens me that this craptastic piece is on the front page for a week when someone else deserves that spot so much more. Thanks for the review, couldn't have said it better myself.

I really enjoy this song. :) It is very beautiful. I love how well the notes flow together and the instruments used, also. The melody is very catchy and playful. :) I imagine a child playing by themselves and imagining all sorts of wonderful adventures. Fantastic work, Tommy! :D I cannot wait to hear your next song!

Lovely.

Such a beautiful piece of music. It flows together so well and the piano sounds great. Not too loud or too soft. Definitely filled with emotion. It gives me a sense of wonder and mystery. I can imagine the description you gave very well. It is unique. Your songs deserve to be on the front page. Cursed, cursed jealousy and zero bombers are what keep beautiful songs such as this at bay. Good luck with your current and future compositions! I'm definitely on the look out for them and cannot wait to hear them. :)

Love it.

Shadow of the Colossus is my favorite game! (I've beaten it about 10 times, shhh.)
I love this piece. It flows very well and has a beautiful melody. Very emotional. I can listen to this over and over again. Well, that goes for your other songs as well, haha. Amazing and very well done!

Wow, thanks for saying so. I would have loved to make this into a whole tune, perhaps someday soon. I appreciate the compliment and the opportunity to be a part of your playlist. That's awesome. You will definitely be an addition to mine as well. I have JUST started to use Reason and FL. For the last 15 years, my setup has been purely on-board synth/workstation recording. So this is a huge leap for me, but I love learning new stuff and drinking from the information fire hose daily. :)

*About the pauses - I think they fit in rather well. I have played in an orchestra for 8 years and we played quite a few epic songs with rests and short pauses like the ones in this song.*
